This business focuses not only on design, but on homeowners or small business owners who need a helping hand with official design plans for renovations to submit to local building departments.
How The process works
Measurements will be taken of the space in your business or home on a scheduled visit. Time can range from an hour to a couple of days depending on the size of the project. The process will work around the owner’s schedule.
In this visit: we will go over drawings, design details, and anything else the homeowner or business owner desires. We will also go over any visible issues that might occur doing this renovation.
Plans will take approximately two days to a week or more depending on the size of the project. Digital plans will be sent in the desired print-scale the homeowner or business owner requests. These plans can be printed at home with the right printer or taken to a local printing business (number of plans printed depends on your local building department’s requirements).

This residence required a Certificate of Occupancy for a kitchen renovation. In this project, measurements of the entire dwelling were required due to the extent of previous projects.
Final stage of renovation [2019]
we had to recreate every addition and renovations since 1997 due to lack of final building inspections when the home was occupied by previous owners. Measurements took roughly two full days to complete.
