Spec house plans can be costly if you are requesting your own personal design. I offer services to design your next dream spec house plans and lay them out on design documents ready for print with your company logo. There will be no upcharge for customization and you will be allowed a set amount of changes with no additional fees after the plans are initially completed. Updated general notes will be available and I will work with you on your specific and preferred building methods and details.
